You can rent a locker in two ways: At the event : buy a card at the checkout booth near the lockers. Online via our app : select your event, choose a locker type and rental period, fill in your details and pay online.

We offer four types: Medium : standard locker for small personal items. Medium with charging : includes USB-C & USB-A ports. Large : fits a medium-sized bag or backpack. Giant : fits a large bag, includes charging ports. Availability depends on the event.

How do I open my locker?

Depends on how you rented: Card from the booth : scan your ticket at the locker terminal screens. Rented online : open the QR code in the app and scan it at the terminal. The terminal will show you which locker is yours.

Where do I find my QR code?

Your QR code is available in the app after your payment is confirmed and a locker has been assigned. You can also find it in the confirmation email. Keep it safe, your QR code is your locker key!

Can I share my locker with someone else?

Yes! You can share your QR code with friends or family so they can also access the locker. Be careful though, anyone with the QR code has access to your locker.

Go to the nearest info point at the event and explain the situation. The staff can help you access your locker. Tip: save a screenshot of your QR code beforehand as a backup.

Open the app and scan your QR code, it will show your locker and unit number. You can also check your confirmation email for these details.

This can happen for a few reasons: Your rental period has ended and the QR code has expired. Your screen brightness is too low for the scanner to read the code. If the problem persists, visit the info point at the event.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend your rental period. Make sure to choose the right duration when renting your locker.
